i-cee started a novel Career development Program where we train the bright students in various Technology verticles of great demand and place them in the Software and Semiconductor Industry with the help of our partner company located in Bangalore and Hyderabad (www.nicefitcareers.com). The wide gap between the University education and the Industry needs specially in Semiconductor design industry is real and is not going to go away any time soon; the Engineering colleges are struggling to keep pace with the rising demand for higher standards of technology education and newer skill sets from the Industry.

We in i-cee have taken up the challenge to train the engineering graduates and working professionals in Software development process, Embedded Systems design principles & VLSI design technology in line with the Industry needs so that our client companies can absorb them in a short notice.

Under this program we “Evaluate, Train, Counsel and provide Placement” to the students we select from the college campus. In this program we –

1. Select the bright students who have the aptitude and basic background to go through this intensive training program successfully

2. Train the selected students (Hands on) through a 16 weeks rigorous training program. The courses are taught by the industry veterans with more than 10 years of direct Industry experience

3. Counsel the students about the career options based on their areas of strengths and opportunity available and get them ready to face the job interviews

4. Find the right job opportunity where the acquired skills of our graduates match the required skills of our client companies.

The novelty of this program is that you make only Rs 5,000 upfront payment of course registration fee towards a total course fees of Rs 45,000. The rest of the course fees are paid only after a successful placement of the candidate. If you don't get a job you don't have to pay your course fees -- Simple.

We provide placement within three months of successfully completing this course from our institute.

Not just the B.Tech students, the students pursuing M.Tech degree and the working professionals can also avail this opportunity.
