VHDL - Digital system Modeling and Verification

What

Summer camp on VLSI design started from June 18th. In this course we'll concentrate on Digital system Modeling using VHDL. To verify the model we'll learn how to write a design Testbench like the logic designers do and will be using Modelsim to simulate and check the resulting waveforms.

VLSI design verification

Dr. Ansuman Banerjee, ISI Calcutta is probably one of the few experts in VLSI design verification technology. Dr. Banerjee has graciously accepted to teach design verification in i-cee. He is teaching a module in design verification in i-cee from July 11th 2011.

Fundamentals of VLSI - FPGA based system design

A special course on VLSI design is currently being offered for those who wish to do a summer training. This is a Foundational/Intermediate  course in VLSI design which takes you throught the entire design flow and equips you with hands on circuit/sub-system design on an FPGA board.

Embedded systems design with 8051 MCU

A special course on Embedded system is currently being offered for those who wish to do a summer training just for a month. This is a Foundational course in Embedded systems programming using 8051 uController.

i-cee hosted a daylong workshop on Low Power Embedded system design on Decemer 23rd 2010, on its facility in Saltlake, Kolkata.

Dr. C.P Ravikumar from Texas Instruments India, Bangalore conducted the workshop "Building Low Power Embedded Systems using MSP430 Micro-Controller". The workshop concluded with handson demonstration of building a small system on a Launchpad Evaluation Kit from Texas Instruments.
